Setting Up a Table for Your Organization
A limited number of exhibitor tables are avaialble at the conference for organizations wishing to provide displays for the benefit of conference participants. The tables will be located in a lobby of Emmanuel College within the vicinity of the registration desk and the conference plenary session room.
The rates for booking an exhibitor table are $75.00 for a full table (approx. 6 ft. x 2.5 ft.) or $40.00 for half a table for the two days of the conference. (Note that these fees will be waived for organizations that are conference sponsors, as well as for those organizations that are contributing a panel presenter.) Exhibitor fees do not include registration for the conference or admittance to conference sessions; for that, a conference registration fee is required — refer to the registration page. Display materials should be mainly of an informational nature; sale of merchandise is not permitted. Exhibitor tables must be reserved no later than April 11, 2012.
